We are pleased to announce the recent completion and shipment of a batch of custom-designed acid tanks, manufactured by AIPU Solid Control. These tanks have been dispatched to a leading overseas drilling equipment company and are set to be integrated into their production operations. The acid storage units feature an internal coating applied with glass flake paint anti-corrosion technology, working in synergy with corrosion-resistant fluoride pumps to provide a secure and highly reliable solution for the storage and handling of strong acids.

Recently, AIPU’s advanced oil sludge treatment system has been successfully transported to the client’s site and officially put into operation. This equipment system provides a complete, efficient, low-cost, and resource-recycling solution for the treatment of oil sludge—a major pollutant in the petroleum industry. It effectively separates oil, water, and solid phases for recovery and reuse, significantly reducing environmental risks and disposal costs while assisting companies in achieving green production and compliant discharge.

Just this week, the ZJ50 (1500hp) drilling rig solids control system officially set off and is about to be delivered to a renowned client in the Middle East by AIPU team.

Several sets of vacuum degasser have been delivered to our European customer, that are CE certified. AIPU degassers efficiently separate harmful gases from drilling fluids, maintaining mud density and protecting pumps.

Several sets of 14" screw conveyors have been delivered to our clients, a famous oil and gas drilling rigs manufacturer. Screw diameter is 14" with the length of 48 ft, the conveying capacity up to 30 cubic meter per hour. According to the users’ requirements, the electric motor of conveyors is ATEX certified. Customer choose the plywood case package. Also, there are steel frame package for option.
