A complete Vacuum Degasser consisting of vacuum pump, degassing chamber, explosion proof motor, explosion proof control panel, baffles and screens, mud inlet connection, and mud outlet connection. In operation, drilling mud passes through the inlet into the chamber, encounters the baffles/screens, and the vacuum pump reduces the internal pressure, promoting gas to separate and be evacuated safely. The degassed mud exits through the outlet to continue circulation. These components work together to efficiently and safely remove entrained and dissolved gases from drilling fluids, stabilizing mud properties and enhancing drilling safety and performance.
