Has the cement silo delivered to Singapore?

Cement Silo is widely used in mud plant for different drilling site. According to different plant requirements, the silo volume varies from each other. Thecement silo under final inspection in our facility is ASME certified 2200 CFT one.

For this cement silo, it's for a client in Singapore, an oilfield service company. This cement silo working pressure is 0.3Mpa. General diameter of whole vessel is 3000mm, height is 10700mm. On the vessel, there are 3 ports for inlet, outlet and vent line at 4". Regards to the relief valve, it's ASME certified, too. Port size is 2". Manway and cleaning gate are both 20".

All the weld line on the vessel are completely made and inspected as per ASME standard. Including the lifting lugs. The pipelines connected to centrum side at lower of the vessel, we did the NDT by PT. To give user a good performance of the silo, we've adjusted the nozzle size and number. We also considered to provide user a convenient replacement on relief valve, so designed 3 positions to fit the safety valve. They are easy to be flanged with blind flange or the valve.

We all know the painting is very important to the service life of equipment used outdoor. This cement silo had been sand blasted and grinded both inside and outside. To get a better corrosion resistance for outside we've painted the coat with heavy duty epoxy zinc rich primary and middle paint at 170 microns, then painted the finish layer. For inside, we painted the glass-flake paint for both a better anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion. Presently, our clients are happy with the cement silo quality and appearance. Now, we're sending all the files including detail pictures to them, hopefully we'll send the silo when back from National Day Holidays.
