Last month, an Indonesian customer who met once at the exhibition placed an order for desilter,the desilter with 360m³/h capacity will deliver today.
The desilter is the 4th phase purification equipment in the mud system.The desilter is composed of a set of desilter cyclone and a small bottom shaker, which deals with the bottom flow of the desilter cyclone and recovers drilling fluid. The desilter is mainly used to remove solid particles from 15 to 44μm. The maintenance and installation of the mud remover directly affect the drilling speed. The inlet of the desilter is connected with the outlet of the sand pump with a 6" rubber hose, and there are pores at the top of the overflow pipe to prevent the overflow pipe from siphoning. When the mud desilter is working, a small amount of drilling fluid leaks out of the vent hole, so it is necessary to prevent the blockage of the vent pipe, and it is not possible to artificially block the hole, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the mud desilter.
Whether it is a liquid inlet or an overflow main pipe, both ends are connected with flanges, and both ends can enter or exit liquid. The overflow main joint can be rotated at any Angle along its axis for the installation of 8" hose in another drilling fluid tank. The inlet pipe and overflow pipe of the desilting cyclone are installed at 90 degrees each other.
The installation quality of the screen of mud desilter directly affects the service life and use effect of the screen. When the screen is installed, it can not be stretched too loose, otherwise the impact between the screen and the supporting rubber strip will occur when the drilling fluid screen works, so that the screen is damaged too quickly, but it can not be stretched too tight, otherwise the prestress of the screen is too large, it will accelerate the damage of the screen or directly tear the screen.
Before use, first open the screen box fixing device, and adjust the outlet pressure of the sand pump to adjust it to start working.
Do not artificially damage the screen in use. If the supporting strip of the screen box is uneven or damaged, it should be flattened or replaced with a new strip. It is strictly forbidden to shovel, scrape or knock the screen with spade or other iron or hard objects.
To replace the screen, different mesh screens should be selected according to different drilling fluid properties. Under the premise of ensuring that the screen does not run drilling fluid, a finer screen should be selected as far as possible to make the best effect.
