VFD High Speed Decanter Centrifuge to be Delivered

This high speed Decanter Centrifuge is VFD mode. The Max. Speed is up to 3200rpm.We make it as 2 way VFD, while some users need 3 ways VFD, both of modes can be achieved. Centrifuge drum is 355mm X 1257mm, separation factor is 2035G, and the separation point is 2~5microns. This centrifuge is for our regular client, they’ll use the centrifuge for solids control in their existing mud system.

In the mud system, we know the centrifuges can work as the cuttings removal unit also can work as the barite recycling unit. Under different working condition, it performs differently. For solids control, we set centrifuge after the desilter procedure. The feeding pump can be Screw Pump or submersible slurry pump.
