Where Do We Deliver Work Over Mud System to?

Mud systems for work over rigs are under delivery these days. The systems will be shipped together with the work over rigs at sea port. Hopefully, client will receive them in about 30 days.

What is the detail specification of the system?

There are Shale Shaker, mud cleaner,decanter centrifuge, mixing hopper, centrifugal pump, agitators Mud Guns and mud tanks. Besides the solids control part, there are also water tanks and diesel tank. Both for base and the drilling site.

Shale shakers are still the typical linear motion type. Centrifuges are the fixed high speed ones. Mud tanks are 3 sets of 12000x3000x3000mm completely with the ladders, stairs, walkways, handrails, and shade. Besides, there are also the emergency shower, eyewash, complete electrical control system, and so on.

Systems are at a high level configuration for the 750HP work over rig. 

System commissioning later

The systems are for a very reputed and capable drilling contractor in Middle East. Against goods arrival, they just need we to despatch an engineer to guide them in general they'll set up the whole system very soon.

We can finish the systems in time thanks to the thorough communication between Aipu and client. No matter on general design, standard or the possible operation conidtion based on practical operators convenience and habits.
