Aipu Solid Control is a professional manufacturer of drilling mud solids control equipment and system. HOW AIPU PRODUCE?

Located on an area 20000㎡, workshop over 10000㎡ with high efficient produce equipment. Including laser cutting machine, laser welding machine, laser lathe, arc welding machine, heavy duty travelling crane, and so on. our essential strength is our people. There are over 90 employees at Aipu. Besides these, we also have strong casting service supplier, heat treatment supplier, and so on. All of these are strong and steady objective support of quality products made by Aipu.

HOW AIPU QC?

Raw material 

The very beginning of manufacture defines quality of products. So, we treat all the raw materials seriously. Firstly, all the raw materials are from reliable and trusted supplier or sub-contractor, they are evaluated under a strict rules as per ISO, and API standard. Secondly, we inspect each batch of raw materials strictly on quantity&quality according to technical requirements, clients’ request.

Inspection tools or equipment
We have sufficient inspection tools and equipment. From the vibration strength meter to the vernier caliper, from the DFT meter to the hygroscope, from ultra-sonic to the black light and so on. As we all know, you want to go to the dance, you gotta wear the shoes. Professional tools help our people to get a higher efficiency, a better accuracy during inspection

Personnel
Our colleagues of QC team have all engaged in O&G over 6 years, but in QC vocation over 10 years. And almost of them have the experience of working in big company, such as BYD, SANY, and so on. They’ll be trained regularly internally or externally. Thus, we’ll implement our promise of high quality to our clients.

Final inspection
During manufacture, we do the inspection after every procedure. Rivet, weld, blasting and grind, painting, leakage or pressure test, assemble, disassemble, packing and so on. Each procedure will be passed to next process against QC pass. Then the final inspection will be implemented before delivery.
