Centrifugal pump is widely used in the whole drilling mud system. Through complete solids control system, it is used as trip pump, desander pump, desilter pump, mixing pump, charging pump, and so on. Aipu provide complete line centrifugal pumps used in drilling mud system.

Screw pump listed here is mainly used to transfer drilling fluid or waste mud to decanter centrifuge or cuttings dryer. It’s a kind of progressive cavity pump and usually set on tank base or separately horizontally. According to different working condition, we can select different material to make pump. Such as for the casing, stator, rotor, and so on.

Submersible slurry pump is widely used to transfer drilling mud to shaker or mud decanting centrifuge. The main feature of APYZ submersible slurry pump is in the liquid part of the pump shaft, there is enough stiffness, impeller, no bearings between the pump shell, no shaft seal, can be transported with a large concentration of fixed particles medium.

Shale shaker is used to separate drilling fluids for first phase cleaning in the whole solids control system. AIPU Hunter series shale shaker can reduce total drilling costs.It well received by clients.

Mud cleaner achieve effective 2 nd and 3 rd phase solids control.Widely used in oil and gas drilling mud process.Great performance provides good condition for further centrifuge process. Decrease much cost on process or waste.

Desander unit mainly removes 45~74μm particles in the whole solids control system. According to the different bottom shaker, it is divided into desander without downstream shale shaker, desander with Hunter Mini shaker, desander with Hunter MG4 shaker.

Desilter unit mainly removes 15~44μm solid phase particles in oil and gas drilling and is the main equipment in the solid control system. Different structure as desilter without downstream shale shaker, desilter with Hunter Mini shaker, desilter with Hunter MG4 shaker to meet the requirements of different drilling site.
