Shale shaker is used to separate drilling fluids for first phase cleaning in the whole solids control system. AIPU Hunter series shale shaker can reduce total drilling costs.It well received by clients.

Mud cleaner achieve effective 2 nd and 3 rd phase solids control.Widely used in oil and gas drilling mud process.Great performance provides good condition for further centrifuge process. Decrease much cost on process or waste.

Desander unit mainly removes 45~74μm particles in the whole solids control system. According to the different bottom shaker, it is divided into desander without downstream shale shaker, desander with Hunter Mini shaker, desander with Hunter MG4 shaker.

Desilter unit mainly removes 15~44μm solid phase particles in oil and gas drilling and is the main equipment in the solid control system. Different structure as desilter without downstream shale shaker, desilter with Hunter Mini shaker, desilter with Hunter MG4 shaker to meet the requirements of different drilling site.

Drilling mud vacuum degassers are used in the oil and gas industry to remove gas bubbles and other contaminants from drilling fluids. AIPU supply both vacuum degasser APZCQ series and centrifugal degasser APLCQ300 for customers’ optional.

What is centrifugal degasser

APLCQ300 centrifugal degasser | atmospheric degasser accepts any fluid weight or mud viscosity, while the simple switch operation ensures rapid startup and shutdown.

Mud agitators are necessary equipment for drilling mud tanks to mix drilling fluid during oil drilling at the oilfield. Both helical bevel gearbox and helical worm gearbox are available at AIPU for all sizes of mud tank agitators. 

Mud guns are usually used along with agitators. AIPU supply 2 inch and 3 inch size low and high pressure mud gun for option

Poor boy degasser is also named mud gas separator or gas-buster, it captures and separates large volume of free gas within the drilling mud.

Decanter centrifuge is used to separate drilling cuttings out of drilling mud as the 5th phase cleaning in the whole solids control system. It is also referred to centrifuge decanter or decanting centrifuge. AIPU decanter centrifuge can provide a great performance on saving cost and time. Besides the solids control function during cuttings removal, we also use centrifuge to reclaim the barite when drilling well.
